Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven ERP Implementation & IT Specialist to support ERP system implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and ongoing IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and ensure efficient system performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely technical support.
  • Maintain system security, data integrity, user access, and system performance.
  • Support ERP upgrades, integrations, documentation, and user training.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.


Candidate Profile

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, administration, or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, system integration, and database management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different teams.
