Location : Kenya
Experience : Anyone with 7 years with the below criteria matches.
**We are looking for a commercial person who understands P&L.
**Can create Sales strategies.
**Can work with the R&D team to develop products as per changing market demands.
**Can explain the benefits of products to consumers.
**Can handle whole operations for the factory. Is good with people management, performance monitoring, recruitment, etc.
**Experience in the Animal Feeds industry is a must.
**Product Knowledge of Animal Feeds is required.
**Worked in Africa that would be an added advantage.
