JOB SUMMARY 
Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, as Compliance Engineer your primary role is to use your technical knowledge and previous experience to handle the day-to-day compliance tasks required. 
You shall be involved in the initial concept, design, development and management of various projects as directed by the Company.
We expect you to have a strong technical knowledge, as well as problem solving, communication, leadership and project management skills. 
The compliance engineer position is responsible for resolving all compliance issues in engineering and design. 
You will be responsible for creating compliance programs and executing them, as well as documentation and recommending process changes. 
Experience with policy and law in manufacturing is appreciated. 
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 
7+ years of Automotive experience in product development and quality compliance, APQP, PPAP activities. 
Bachelor of Engineering mandatory 
Proficient in MS Project - minimum 2 years of experience able to define and work with critical paths. 
Proven experience of Automotive Product development and compliance engineering 
Strong engineering and technical know-how of Automotive accessories (electrical and mechanical) and testing. 
Have strong understanding of OEM testing requirements, OE test standards, regulatory requirements and preparation of DVPR. 
Basic knowledge of GD&T – understand dimensions and tolerances in drawings and CMM reports. 
Knowledge to utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Projects). 
Experience on Preparing and understanding of 2D Engineering drawings. 
Understanding of 3D Product design. 
Certification of Quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, TS 16949, Certified Auditor etc.)
